The Dawn of Christmas

I love the writing of Cindy Woodsmall. She is one of my favorite authors who writes Amish fiction. "The Dawn of Christmas" is one of her books that is the third in a series, but it is separate enough that you could easily read this one as a stand-alone book. The characters are fun and they have such great personalities. The book is short, well-written, and easy to read. I highly recommend this book to you if you enjoy good fiction, romance, and/or Amish novels.

Christmas in Apple Ridge Review

Cindy Woodsmall is one of my favorite Amish authors, and after reading "Christmas in Apple Ridge", I was reminded of why I enjoy her books so much. She writes Amish fiction, but her stories are not so cheesy and predictable as some other authors I have read. This book is actually three-in-one: "The Sound of Sleigh Bells", "The Christmas Singing", and "The Dawn of Christmas". All three were intertwined in some way. Each one contained characters that I really enjoyed. The conversations made me grin and I loved the interactions between the characters.

Whether or not you enjoy the Amish romance genre, I recommend this book. It's an easy read but very enjoyable - and that goes for all three books!
