This review is for the book "The Heart's Pursuit" by Robin Lee Hatcher. I am very familiar with Hatcher's work and I really enjoy her writing style. This is a romance novel set in the 1800's. Silver is a woman who has just been jilted at the altar, and her fiance has sped off with her family's wealth. In desperation she hires a bounty hunter, Jared Newman, to find her fiance and the money. The trip they have to take is dangerous and full of obstacles.
This story is well-written and full of suspense, faith, romance and adventure. If you enjoy historical novels you will certainly enjoy this one by Robin Lee Hatcher. I recommend it to you.
