Love Without End (Review)
This review is for the book "Love Without End" by Robin Lee Hatcher. I have read several books by Hatcher, and actually read the first in this series earlier this year. One thing I noticed in the first few chapters of this book were a couple of inconsistencies, which surprised me. They are little things but still bothered me. One has to do with the suspicion Chet has with Kimberly's late husband. Even after she tells him at their first meeting that he passed away, later in the book Chet voices suspicions that Kimberly may have run away from her husband or may be hiding something, and then acts surprised to find out about her husband passing away. Also, they call each other by their first names and then later in the book when Chet calls Kimberly by her first name she acts happy that he did that for "the first time", when the truth is he'd already done it earlier in the book.
Of course those things don't make or break the story. I enjoyed the story, although I did feel that it wasn't absolutely necessary to add in the thread of Nana Anna's background. I kept thinking a twist was going to happen, but it never did.
It's a good read, but not the best I've read by her. I look forward to reading more from her in the future though.
Thank you to Litfuse Publicity for a copy of the book in exchange for my honest review.
