This review is for the book "Buried Beneath the Words" by Betel Arnold. This is a book all about words, and the importance of words. Although people often say words can't hurt, they can hurt, and they can have lasting effects. In this book Arnold talks about the words in her life she had to overcome. She explains how she replaced hurtful words with God's promises.
I think this is a good book. Arnold has good things to say. I don't think the book is incredibly well-written or edited, but I think it is very honest. The author includes pages to journal in the book as well as snippets called "Mind Overhaul" that I enjoyed.
