This review is for the book "China's Reforming Churches" edited by Bruce P. Baugus. I have to be completely honest. It has taken me months to plod through this book, and I still have not gotten to the end. I love reading books about other countries. I love reading books about missions and missionaries. I love reading about church movements. To me, though, this book was a collection of very difficult essays which are not easy for the average reader to understand. Of course, each essay has a different author, so there are different "voices" and writing styles throughout the book. Unfortunately, I just couldn't keep up.
