A Miracle of Hope Review

I recently finished reading "A Miracle of Hope" by Ruth Reid. I have read a lot of Amish fiction novels, and in all my readings I have never heard of Reid. After reading this novel I have to say that Reid stands up to any other Amish fiction writer I've read.

In this story, Lindie is an Amish lady who is pregnant, and falls into an arranged marriage due to her unmarried pregnant state. The man who marries her needs a mother for his daughter, who is deaf and has been out of control since his wife died. As Lindie tries to break into the role of mother for 8-year old Hannah, she realizes how gifted Hannah actually is. Lindie and Josiah (the husband) have plenty of struggles but in the end everything comes together for the whole family.

If you like Amish romance fiction you'll enjoy this book. I highly recommend it for readers of that genre.

Thank you to Litfuse Publicity and Thomas Nelson for a copy of the book in exchange for an honest review.
