Not Gonna Do It

I think everyone who knows me will get a kick out of this treasure I pulled out of another box in the attic. (Yes, I saved everything.) If you don't know me that well, all you really need to know is that basically every job I've ever held had something to do with administration - and definitely every job I've ever held has involved working on the computer about 98% of the time. That's just what I'm good at. So here is my journal from A.G. on 10/26/94 (11 years old):

Today we worked on the Mac computers. I learned how to work them better than I already knew how. I also learned I am never going to be a secretary. It's hard work on my delicate, thin, petite fingers.
