This review is for the book "Citizen" by Rob Peabody. In this book, Peabody discusses the fact that as a Christian, we are a citizen of God's kingdom, but we are also citizens of this world. He wants readers to figure out how to be led by God as we are citizens in this world. It is so hard, and he acknowledges that many Christians do not want to get uncomfortable when it comes to faith.
I really loved this book. This is going on my bookshelf, and that does not happen very often. Peabody makes so many great points that encouraged me on how to submit to the authority of this world (i.e. respect our government, etc.) but also have full allegiance to God. It is definitely not easy. This is a great book and I certainly recommend it.
